Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

Orders ship in 1 to 3 business days.

Can I get tracking information for my order?

Tracking information is typically available one business day after the order ships. If you do not receive an email from us with tracking information, please contact us and we will provide it to you.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes. USPS will be used as the shipping partner, as they are able to deliver to PO boxes.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

Yes, as long as your zip code is covered by USPS Priority/First Class.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes. Should we find the cost to your location is far different than our system generated on check out, we will notify you. At that time, you will be given instructions on how to pay the difference – or the order may be cancelled and a full refund will be processed. You can always contact us to generate a quote specific to your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We value each and every one of our customers and hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will help to quickly resolve any problems.

We cannot accept returns or provide replacements for any product that has been opened, unless it arrived damaged. If you received a defective product, please contact us and provide the date/place it was purchased, and a description of the problem.
